part of the Stella Associates Team
The Department
of Corrections required a training programme for the implementation of the new
sentencing Act in Training the Trainer Project
One 2 One
Training as part of the Stella Associates team completed the 'Train the Trainer'
training for the Master Trainers, including the competence testing of each of
the Trainers.
A second project
involved up-skilling staff in the changes to business processes as a result of
the changes brought about by the sentencing and Parole Reform Bill
A 1 day presentation on the key changes to business processes
A further learning resource for use within teams back at work
A
2 day train the trainer course
